Julia Marie Dorango

Julia Dorango is an Instructional Designer and Licensed Professional Teacher based in the Philippines, currently serving as ThinkOcean’s Education Director. Her background in English education shapes how she builds learning experiences. That same instinct to teach and to help carries into her life outside ThinkOcean, where she’s an active supporter of humanitarian and animal welfare causes, including small feedings for community animals in her neighborhood. Whether in the classroom, in course design, or in her own community, Julia is driven by the same simple belief: that care, when made accessible, has the power to change things.
